Mount Helena City Park

Mount helena City Park is a must see if you're in Helena. The trail is 5,468 feet above sea level at its tallest peak and has a great view of the city. I’ve hiked it about 10 times and the best time to hike is before the sunset, then you can watch the sunset from the top and see all the city lights. This mountain offers about six trails to hike but I’ve only hiked the 1906 trail and the Prairie trail. I like the 1906 trail because it goes past this cool place called “Devil’s Kitchen”. It's like a cave or an indent in the side of the mountain and it’s a great place to rest before you get to the top.
